Who We Are

OAC is a private facility that provides diagnostic assessments and consultation services for children and youth experiencing a wide range of challenges and diverse abilities that may include: learning and academic difficulties, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, developmental disability and social emotional or behavioural difficulties, as well as giftedness. Our assessments support tailored intervention by pinpointing areas of challenge and providing recommendations to improve functioning across areas. Diagnostic assessment can also facilitate access to services in a variety of educational and community settings.

Centre Director Registered Psychologist

We are a group of Doctoral and Master’s level psychologists and educational/clinical consultants trained in psychological assessment. We specialize in the assessment and diagnosis of children and youth with a variety of presenting problems including developmental delays, learning and cognitive/intellectual disabilities, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and autism spectrum disorder, as well as social-emotional and behavioural difficulties. Our clinical psychologists are registered with the College of Psychologists of British Columbia.
